BAD SERVICE

I saw an ad on Facebook to be removed from Debt and enquired it. I agreed over the phone to have sign with them but was so quick at wanting me to sign up the next minute I was told to check my banking app and approve a mandate, that I didn't even know was going to debit my account without me being able to reverse or have any control over my bank account. I have contacted Mishka and sent in a cancellation via email after a few attempts of making calls to them. I was told that I will not be able to get a refund once the debit goes through. I am unhappy the I have been manipulated in signing no papers yet it's a sign up via my bank account. this is company is ****ming people into signing without having paper trail when you want to cancel, they do not give you options but let you know that their terms and conditions (that I also have not seen) states that a refund cannot be done after the first payment goes through. they will consider it as first payment and will proceed with the original agreement.
