Bad service

I canceled my debit order of R1500 for 3 months to be removed from debt review but still the debit order went off this morning 30/03/2022, I'm trying to get hold of someone to refund my money end stop the debit orders for the future but cant get hold of anyone that can assist me they keep on transferring me to the debt review department but the line gets dropped every time
