Bad service

Hello Peter, I am not happy with the service or how they do things or they lazy to do follow ups. My mother paid the amount they asked her in early February to get her name cleared and still no feed back and busy telling me that her paperwork is ok and the payment, but still even now her name is not cleared. I ask adverse from Hello Peter readers how do we handle this situation, for my mother to get her name cleared....
