Bad service

I moved to them in last year Oct 2018. I had to pay R 4500 to get the flag removed and the had to find out the first payment they be taking will not be for payment to my creditors but went for mediation. That was not explained to me. After many discussion in December and want to know how far the whole thing is just to find out that, the creditors never ever since October received documents from them stating they will be taking over the process. They only paid them in January. The places are still phoning me. I complaint to their head office and all that they say they are sorry. And all the the branch can say is they are sorry for the miscommunication. It is the worse service I ever received. Expected more from a company like that. I am in the process now to move to a bigger, better company. The guy who is assisting me is keeping us in the loop with the things he does and also cc's us in the emails what he is sending out to the creditors. The one place actually phoned me and said they dont have to answer the email. I told him he must phone the guy at the company and speak to him about what will be happening and why I am moving to them and not staying with Credit Rescue
