Bad service

Very poor service, I have app**** for debt removal since last year October 2017, and paid them same day of the application, they promised me that it takes 2months for them to finalized everything, but still they haven't done anything yet , I mean waiting period of 9months..instead when I called them they keep on saying send this proof and so on of which I submitted everything that they were looking with the application. They just wasted my time and money, and they keep their promise, they don't even bother to keep their clients updated, instead when you call them, they keep on telling you that they are working with many clients, I'm just fed up with them, so please don't even try them.. They don't care
