Angry

Good day

Trust that you well I made an arrangement with a lady called Melissa last year November after applying for a car that was unsuccessful. Melissa called me saying I owe DMZ which DMZ is been deducting from my account for quite some time now. Melissa then told me that I'm flagged and she can help me, she told me I need to pay R2000 of which they'll deduct R1000 for two months. I then contacted Melissa via their WhatsApp number which we where communicating over, to cancel the arrangement, she then rep**** she'll get back to me. 2024-11-30 money was deducted from my account, I then suspended the debt order with my bank and they told in order for to cancel this thing I must go to their offices. 2024-12-31 another R1000 was deducted. A guy called Craig called and explained something I was interested into saying he'll deduct R700 once off. I then told the guy not to proceed with his sale because I want nothing to do with Credit Rescue. I went to their offices in Wynberg three ago, I spoke with a lady called Susan if I'm not mistaken, she told me Melissa is not available and she'll make sure she'll speak with mediation group or something to hear my story. I told her I don't to talk to anyone I just want this thing canceled. Last week I received a text from them saying they've suspended my account until 2025-05-31 to deduct again. Two days ago I finally got hold of Melissa and she went awol on me, I'm still waiting for her call with whoever she said I'm going to speak with.

Help sort this thing out Kind regards Chris Hlulani
