debt review

<p>I was approached by debt counsellor by the name of Andiswa thinto from credit relief kings to help me settle my debt as I'm overdebted it was in june 2015. I was paying 4 500 every month. She promised that all my creditors will stop calling me after July since because I was now under debt review. But that didn't not happen because they where calling me even after 5 months but I was still paying the agreed installment of 4500 Rand. I asked her why all my creditors say I must prove to them that I'm under debt review, she said I'm being phoned by people from collections I should ignore them but she will sort it out, in October 2015 she said I must activate a stop order for my installment, she will send stop order document for me to activate the monthly stop order. I agreed but told her to send my monthly statement because I never received any,she promised but after that I was struggling to get hold of her both on her office number and cell phone number, in November 2015 I used a different number to call her on her cell phone, then I found her,maybe she had blocked my number, she said she was on leave and the office number had change she forgot to inform me. She then told me everything is under controll and I should continue with my installment and she will send the statement. In January I was hospitalised after a car accident and while I was in hospital my wife brought a letter from fnb housing saying they are about to auction my house because it has been unpaid since September 2015,then I tried to call Andiswa again but could not find her, but when I used another number I got her she said she will sort everything out for my house,she then said I should send her proof of payment, that I made to credit relief kings, I did and she said that money was going to the other credit relief account she will return it and pay all that money to fnb housing to stop them from taking my house, in total the money they took from me and never paid my creditors was 21 000rands But till today I'm still waiting for her to pay that money.so I decided to save my house and made an arrangement to pay extra 3250rands, which I'm struggling to pay every month since June 2016 to date. In total im paying R8 250 monthly.then i called NCR to seek help so that she came refund me my money.but I'm not getting any help. Since the lady who was assisting me at NCR has resigned I don't know what is happening with my complaint because when I call the person who is handling my case after elaine motimore left is always not available and she never bothered to call me back or respond to my email.that's why I decided to write to you.please help me I'm don't want to loose my house please</p>
