Violation of my right and NCA and unfair practices by Standard Bank

I Leonard Mbanjwa have been client with Standard Bank and took out a bond loan with them in 2003. Currently as is stands my house has been sold via auction at an unreserved price. I did not get the nofication of sale from the bank. I did not get the credit statement from the bank or the option to buy. Under Section 129 (3) under the National Credit Act I also was not granted the option to get my bond reinstated despite have paid Standard Bank monthly instalments and making necessery payment arrangements with them (letter from lawyer available). Standard Bank made a decision to sell the house even though there were no arrears at the time.

Under Rule 18 (6) of the Credit Act I was also denied my bank statements as I wanted to see my financial records, and to try and seek help in order to be able to keep my house. My constitutational right was also violated when I was denied access to the house to remove my moveables. The police had to get involved to assist me in getting my car out.

Also in Rule 46 of the High Court no necessary documentation was attached in the summons to advice me of the house going onto aution (Execution of Sale) as required by Rule 46 of the High court.

Futher to that I was also denied the option of selling my house on an open market despite my lawyer having contacted Standard Bank for this arrangement (which I have on record). Standard refused this option.

I feel I have been treated unfairly and have been ****** of my home, can you please help and fight this unjustice to get my home back.
