The ombudsman

A while back I found myself in a very desperate position where a company wrongly burdened me with unfair interest on a loan despite a protection plan that was to aid me during the lockdown. I blamed the office of the Credit Ombudsman not for helping. My case was taken by the Liaquat Lee Soobrathi, who over a time, ensured that my case was resolved in a mutual satisfactory manner.
