Prescribed matters

Im being harassed and being told that I'mi reliable to pay my debt irrespective of the client saying that this account has been prescribed, at this point im retrenched and all of the sudden ive been getting calls from Creditor providers confirming that I owe them I've asked for which accounts they confirm, I have asked why these matters are is not prescribed, they would confirm that im liable for these accounts.

i would really appreciate some assistance as to what i should do because this Creditors feels that a client has no right to convey matters being prescribed and that is ******** ..... CREDITORS TO BE NOTED,. African bank Capitec bank Bayport Financial Services
