Prescribed Debt #CreditOmbudsman #****service

Service is up to ****........... I have listings on my credit report that I need to know how it must be taken off as well as prescribed debt that has to be removed. When I spoke to Transunion they said we must contact the credit Ombudsman to help as they will be able to help. When you phone them they are as rude as hell and cannot help me at all..

Please does anyone know of someone that can help me, as I would like to clear my record to start off with a fresh start.
