extremely poor and PATHETIC service, I have email many times left serval messages spoke to Mr. Lee and also sent him all the information pertaining to Wonga that was paid in October 2020. We urgently needed the credit profile to updated as we app**** for a home load and the only problem was for Wonga to be updated, Mr. Lee did not respond to any of my emails knowing how Urgent this was?....PATHETIC SERVICE. The OTP for the house unfortunately expired....we lost this HOME
