No Help whatsoever

I honestly dont know what their role is. Had a Lucy Mokhweba supposedly assisting me with Finchoice. She never contacted me the whole of December but rocks up in January with no apology just see attaching and complete. Disgusting shoddy service for an institution thats supposed to assist us.
