Kindly intervene on this matter.

I have an account with beares. According to our agreement with beares I was supposed to pay them an installment of R3000 every month.

I am currently having financial crisis as you can see on my credit profile that i am under debt review. Last year I went to beares pinetown branch and discussed my financial situation with the manager and told her i won't be able to pay R3000 as per our agreement. She told me to pay an amount of R2200 which i have been paying since last year July. When I started paying I was told that i was owing an amount of R74 000.

Last month I decided to call beares because I wanted to settle my account and focus on my other debts, I was very disappointed to learn that my balance is R73 000 meaning after paying all these months my balance has gone down by R1000. The manager tried to explain to me but it didn't make sense. She told me about charges which I do understand but charges can't be R2200. I wasn't expecting a huge difference in my account but it should show that at least I am payin. This R2200 I am paying is short for R800 to make it R3000. It's really doesn't make sense.

I am a young lady who is trying her best to pay her debts. I feel like I have been donating to beares. I do not have that money I still have more than 5 debts to pay now beares is delaying me.
