Disappointed

Disappointed is an understament!! I have MCS/MBD accounts that I paid off more than a year ago. I spent the whole of last year trying to get my information updated. I failed numerous times till I reached out to Ombuds and still all the information is still there yet they had intervened. Now I don't know ho to go to from here. My life is stuck!!!!!
