Disappointed

I engaged with this office in the hope of getting a year old issue with Experian resolved. I am at my wits end because I expected that they will understand my dilema, little did I know the lack of interest and assistance I would encounter with this office. I submitted an application with them on the 22nd Dec 2020, and I have been receiving promises of calls and backhanded emails.
