Credit rating

I have been struggling to apply for credit anywhere but my accounts are on good grounds and my score is good on Experian, vericred and Mycreditcheck, however there is one bureau that refuses to update my credit rating which is xds. How to I get this sorted because applying for credit is a nightmare, I cannot even get a cellphone contact but my score is good
