Credit Ombudsmen - Don't Know their Mandate

Recently sent in a credit issue to the credit ombudsman for a creditor whose account had prescribed, over 6 years ago and the credit ombuds pushes me to another ombud. The request had to do with a credit listing being removed from my credit profile due to prescription and they say it has to be sent to the financial ombudsman. They refuse to investigate a case if they call you using Blocked numbers and you don't answer . This s disgusting service and needs to be brought before a judicial system. Case Manager Number ***
