Credit Ombudsman - Useless!

No service - No feedback - No reply!

I have a issue of being listed incorrectly and have approached the Ombudsman.. so i thought?

1. The complaint form on the internet does not download... 2. They don't respond to emails 3. and their facebook page delivers NO RESULTS too.

No wonder the companies does not give a dam about comsumers.. because the Ombudsman does the same... 1 word comes to mind.... USELESS !!!
