Credit ombudsman bad service

Will even give them a zero if it was possible, I have been sitting with a debt I paid up for 3 months when I call am told my case is assigned to Anthony and when I happen to get him he keeps on telling me he is still waiting for homechoice I don't know what do they need from them when I have paid the debt. Why they don't ask the company ieas handed over too. Very bad service
