CIO*** Pathetic Service

I have lodged a complaint last year Nov 2022 until today is not resolved when I inquire I keep on getting same respond for almost year my case is not being resolved no update nothing

Lee Soobrathin the person handling my case for 12 months without resolving it the service is very bad and affects a consumer badly why will the case take so much time to be resolved the service is very useless and pathetic

They are tarnishing the organization by employees who are selfies and do not want to work worst service ever received. How can a case took 12 month How
