Am so helpless I can't find help anywhere

I bought furniture 2021 December in credit, it was 36 months contract, by April 2022 I cancelled some of furniture due to poor service and negligence. I signed a form that I assumed was a new contract and explained on the form installment to carry on as it is.which I was paying more interest and extra.the balance and installment was decreased, within 11 months my credit was paid off. I took the matter to credit ombudsman to assist me to recover the extra money was paying to Bradlows. It's been three months now the case is not resolved yet, the last time I spoke to Anthony he says Bradlows and I we don't owe each other, I asked him to send it in writing even now I haven't receive email/letter from him.I feel like he's not helpful, he failed to help me, I want that letter. the case is been dragging, it is always be me calling and to find out how far he is with the case.my heart is sour am not happy ☹️am a chronic and am stressing. My health is in danger.
