Unprofessional and failed to follow proper process

I'm so unhappy with their process, they quickly flagged me without doing any proper credit bureau checks to see if I was indebted or not. By then, I had no account except for my university outstanding balance which was a reason why I approached them, not knowing much of course about how debt review works. I was still a student without any income, a consultant Keenan, would call me daily to get my documents which I later provided, they expected me to pay first installment and which I could not afford as I only started my new job then, apparently they never even communicated with Attorneys that had my university account to check on my balance. As a matter of fact, they do not even know which university I owed, on their system I appeared as one who have an account with a bank. They busy telling me to bring them paid up letter from a bank I owe so they can issues clearance certificate. I never had an account with any bank. They updated wrong information about me.

Few years later, I decided to cancel their service, they issued me a Form 17.4 which still did not remove a flag. I'm so ****ed off by these people. From here am going to take further actions against them.

They did not follow a proper process at all. If only I knew what I was getting myself into, I regret a day stepped my feet into their offices. Their consultants are so diabolic they do this job for commission, they don't care about a proper process that needs to be followed.
