Unhappy Debt Review Client

I have been on debt review with credit matters since 2010. I have been paying by debit order without fail. Now I am being called by one of the people credit Matters is claiming to be paying on the statement I get monthly. I have been calling them on several occasions and have been promised to be called back but am still waiting. I am also not sure about my balances since this is the fifth year.<br> <br> regards<br>
