Unauthorized debit transaction

This company is a ****mer they debited my account even without finalising credit assessment, when i try to get hold of them no interaction becomes successful when on their WhatsApp line, I need assistance to get my money back, i don't even have money to get to work tomorrow. Am hurt and afraid to lose my job
