Unacceptable service

- Last year I instructed Credit matters to allocate a certain amount for one of my creditors (Capitec) to ensure I complete my Capitec Loan faster, this was not done.

- I eventually contacted Credit matters last year December to confirm what the total balances are on the outstanding debt that I have as when I contacted my creditors the amounts was all wrong, this was supposed to be updated.

- This month I called my creditors again and nothing is being done with regards to my debt. I have been under debt review since 2013 and have always had to contact them to get feedback, I know this is my responsibility however in the time that I have been with credit matters, every month im paying for an administration fee for what??

- I have also been told that if I cancel my arrangement that I need to contact them again to help me remove this from my name and pay all the outstanding months since I cancel until im done. how is this helping me as a consumer.

- yes Im not oblivious by the fact, that I have made this debt and I need to repay it but what service is this. since I have been with credit matters, I skipped one month of payment. - one month in the last 5 years and is this what I get dealt with.

I have been emailing various people but no reply. what am I to do now?

should I just continue and not get any joy or feedback from this?
