Terrible service from Credit Matters
They do not care about people. I cancelled the review process almost 2 years ago and they still haven't closed the case, and they want me to close my 1 remaining credit card (which is in a positive balance) before they will give me a clearance. And now they aren't even answering the phones!!!! Totally *********** and unhelpful. Warning to others, don't use this agency.

Unfortunately, it is mandatory as per the debt review process that we obtain all paid-up letters for all accounts before a Clearance may be issued. Please request the credit providers to assist with the credit on your account.
