Taking forever to get my name cleared!

Hi it's me again!

Just wanted to add to the list of your reviews, and warn people how you operate, and hopefuly my review will wake your system up . I am very irritated in the way my complaint has been dealt with. Again I wish I never signed up with your company, if I knew getting my name off debt review was going to be this difficult. Teach your staff on how to deal with a complaint , I have paid the money you wanted to get me off your books and credit bereau. I must be the one sendin emails to follow-up to find out if theres any feedback. Your service is totally unacceptable! Wake your system , get IT to work on it .

Please don't bother calling me explaining how your system is still offline, Im not interested. I need a resolution to this.
