PUT UNDER DEBT REVIEW WITHOUT MY CONSENT

I was placed under debt review in 2014 by credit matters with out my consent - I however did research on going under debt review and did not continue with the proses. The person / agent I spoke to was Nadeem Williams. I have informed him that i will not be proceeding the proses but I was already placed under debt review. He told me to leave it as he will sort it out - 8 years later I found out that the status was never removed . I was informed to get all the paid up letters of and prescribed letters of all the companies I owned and I have to pay a small fee of 500 and something rand. I have emailed all the letters to the counselors and now I cant get hold of them I have sent emails / phone calls / WhatsApp messages and no one is ever getting back to me. I feel that this is really unfair after I have informed NADEEM that I don't want to proceed - now I am the one that have to lek gat to get my name cleared !!!! this is so not fair !!!!
