Promises Promises Promises - and no delivery

Have been under review since 2014, I am waiting promised feedback - have e-mails, can provide should u require. Statement made by consultant: u missed payments. I did miss one only. When reconciliations on account requested, first the agreed deadline is missed, secondly I get masses of FNB printouts. I want confirmation from the credit supplier that payments have been received and this proof has not been forth coming. I requested a reconciliation that shows opening balance, plus any charges, less payments which should equal closing balance. No such detail given. I am awaiting an apology from your staff member that was so rude too me - still nor received. This matter has been dragging for longer that a year now. Oh yes - went under review April 2014, attorneys are paid April 2014 (per schedule) case only in court July 2015 - nobody van or will tell me why. I am scared my payments are being misappropriated.
