I'm not happy at all with the experience I received

When I signed up I was advised that first payment goes towards the fees and 2nd payment goes to my debt however find out that was totally a lie I did 3 payments however it was still going towards the fees Now if I request to suspend was advised in order to be removed i need pay all my debt before they can remove me however the agreement was to pay for foschini and MTN and they will remove me

Now it not the case I need to pay all my debt to remove me what the hell is that because home loan it 20years so they telling me I'll be under debt review for 20years because they failed to oblige with their contract
