My withdrawal letter please
Good Day,
Can you please provide me with the withdrawal letter. I am not sure why you are refusing as we are both not benefitting from this.
This debt review dates back to 2014 and I see you lodged it again in 2018 without my consent.
I only made 2 or 3 payments in 2014 and stopped. It didn't work out then because you were taking money from me but my accounts were not getting paid.

12 May 2021, 09:21I have contacted credit matters in 2018 and the consultant, who was very rude by the way, told me that I am not going to get the withdrawal letter.
Again this year 2021, I spoke to two consultants and they both promised to investigate the matter and provide feedback.
I am still waiting.
