In great pain @so depressed

I have been with credit matters since 2018,every year they increase my premium .I'm left with peanuts for survival. I have contacted them several times not for them to increase my premium ,it's even worse this year we had no salary increase at all. My medical has gone up decreasing the last cent in my salary . I can't barely survive it's too much for I'm having depression also Im left with 9000 on my salary,I have rent, transport, school fees, grocery,petrol to pay monthly.Clothes I have forgotten about them as I have no money to buy them. The last lady I spoke to said they following the court order as I was asking them what was the use of me being in this programme. I feel like dying,I'm struggling so much can't make the ends meet. It's too much for me I need help in any way I can get
