Debt review listing without my full consent
I got a call from Credit Matters 5 or more years back, had a chat with an agent and told him will go through paperwork sent to me and sign them. Paperwork were partially signed and he sent me a copy to sign which was outstanding to proceed with my debt review application. I told him I will hold as I checked the Ad and Disadvantages of debt review. To my surprise I was automatically put under listing. There was debit orders I ddnt understand as I had not fully signed paperwork. 5 years down the line I have paid up the listed accounts to be taken of debt review and am being sent from pillar to post. I have had another debt counselor to assist contacting Credit Matters and they have been given a run around too. I have sent emails to more than 5 people at Credit Matters still to date no response. According to me there is no mutual agreement between myself and credit Matters. But they went on and listed me , now I have paid again I need to hunt for their assistance to be taken off the listing they did without my full acknowledgment.
