Debt review listing removal

I recently communicated with Credit Matters on an issue of debt review listing which has affected me so badly. I personally paid my accounts without their help etc. They requested a paid up letter for an account that was closed of which had to contact the Creditors and I had to pay up the account. On Friday 24 th July I sent them the final paid up later, until this afternoon I sent a follow up mail on the process , boom this late afternoon got a mail saying I must pay a CLEARANCE FEE of R800 plus. From 2015 to date no one told me about this. I feel am being taken for a ride. DISAPPOINTED as the process was supposed to be on hold with a consultant but processed it without final go ahead.
