I was wrongful advised to reduce my debts by R4000. I was never told of any legal fees and being discredited until my debts are paid off. I then immediately canceled the subscription after learning about legal fees and credit issues. I have successfully canceled my subscription with Credit matters, but my name is listed under debt review. My bank wants to assist, but I need "form 19" or "subscription call records with credit matters "

Kindly note that as per our records the Withdrawal Guidelines were explained to you in detail and despite same you opted for us to suspend our services. Kindly approach our offices regarding the Clearance process.
