Credit problem

I phoned the people to sirt out why they decline my credit with MTN while my account is fully paid with a debit order. First person that answer my call was not helpfull at all. Second time I phoned I spoke to Promise what good service...her service was more than excellent. Thank you Promise you made me believe that there is still people that do their work
