Credit Matters - Worst service ever!
February 2015 I sent Credit Matters an e-mail stating that I paid all my accounts and would like to cancel my debt review and to please send me a letter/remove the flag on my credit record. They never rep****. Until today I'm still waiting for a reply. Í thought that it was removed but it was still not the case. July 2019 I send them another e-mail. I'm still waiting for a reply. I paid all my debt but almost six years later, according to them, I'm still under debt review!
