Credit Matters Messed up my Life!

I have been having trouble getting credit from any place all because of my Debt Review Listing which I expressly refused to accept because of their fee structure.

I expressly refused to be listed because of the way they collect fees before even considering my debt but they listed me anyway and after I had paid up all my credit they said send us at least 3 Paid up letters but I sent 5 and they promised I will be removed in email correspondence between me and Mihlali Ncapayi this was all happening in January 2020. This is now 8 Months later and I feel fooled because I was under the impression I was removed.

What are our options if the organisations we running to for help are actually putting us in a worse position that before I seeked them out.
