Credit Matters ******* debt review listing without my consent

I'm reporting this matter with regards to Credit matters that has listed my name under debt review without my consent, I can clearly remember the phone calls i have received from them. I asked the lady for some advice and how debt review works. She told me to give me accurate information, she will need to get my information and then advise me. I gave my information and she confirmed that I'm married in community of property, i will however have to sign up with my wife and cant do it alone if i wanted to. I spoke to my wife and she refused to this and i informed Credit matters that we wont be going for this. They then went ahead and listed my name without my consent without my wife. I need them to remove and clear my name. I want copies of the 4 phone calls i received and never agreed for debt review , but they listed me anyway. this is so wrong and has a major effect on my future and current life.

I need this to be rectified asap please
