Credit Matters - Helpful indeed

I'm writing this review with a lighter heart. I complained about Credit Matters...and same day they contacted me.

I would like to thank their very long time employee Mariam. She's very helpful and is working tirelessly to make sure my name is removed from their records. She has to pull up very old information to ensure that it happens. I appreciate her help very much. Could have given 5 stars but I'm nearing the end of my query being full resolved...I will leave that last star for when I'm in the clear :-)
