Cancellation

<p>I have been trying to get a cancellation letter to send off to the NCR for the past 2 years and still to date struggling. I want my cancellation letter why do i have to fight. please sort this out now. I am tired of the unhelpful people. I have sent through a email to cancel and no response, please investigate the matter urgently. I want a call back today</p>
