bad service and should shutdown

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! my name beauty rigney joined credit matters 2020 during covid lockdown. the 1st month they debit twice, I complained and they refunded in 7 working days. the 2nd month again debit twice i then asked to cancel but to my surprise i am still under them yet no service from them and my name still there. the company should be closed as its a money making scheme they good when they are recruiting and do not deliver and hold on to your name even when they failed to offer service promised Angry!!!! now i must struggle for their failures
