Bad service and I'm not happy at all

Hi elisa oumakie raleting *** I'm not happy with this company i was on other debt review and they called me told me i will get best service. In that company i was already granted everything in court ,but one account wasn't add to those i have grantend for.and they told me legal fees its gonna be once off and it won't be that high. Cause it transfer case ok . I got calls and sa taxis to me we never received anything from credit matters and we dont hav any document from them and i called them i ask to see document they send to sa taxis and they send me statement i m happy with the way the handle everything when they wanted me they call me promise me support and i will get update report showing ur balance everything all they payment u can acces everything on ur phone. And on statement they send me legal fees 6500 for one account remember other account they are already granted and i paid fees from another company and they told for this it won't that more but today i end up paying more money. And they told me its one off. Document i ask them the one they told me they hav already send sa taxis i never got it.

My first legal fees was 10000 now I'm pay 6500 all this its fear on them. As we need help from yhis company but again they take more money from us.and i got letter od declined from absa i was not informed.
