Bad service

Please assist Last year August I was contacted by a lady by the name of Neo. The implementations of being under debt review was not fully explained to me by her and when I got better understanding I realized that it will hinder me rather than assisting me. I sent an email email requesting a cancellatio‭n letter till today I’ve never received it. I decided to do the payments on my own as I had minor debts. I had paid up letters. I’ve been trying to get hold Neo on from credit matters on (081) ********** ‬ but she has block me can’t get hold of her. I’ve called the offices several times it’s either they don’t pick up or they transfer me to customer services then I hold for hours with no avail. Can any one please assist.
