BAD SERVICE

I have been under Debt review with this company for almost a year now. I was hoping signing up for debt review will give me some rest. A few months later I received endless call from a car dealership that my account is in errears. The worst thing is instead of the company protecting me (as a paying customer) they told me my monthly installments are going to increase; taking me back to a similar situation when I was not under debt review and struggling financially. Their service was terrible for me.
