BAD BAD BAD SERVICE FROM CREDIT MATTERS

Terrible service from Credit Matters They do not care about their clients. We app**** for debt review on 20 April 2023. Until this day 13 November 2023 did not sort out all our debts with creditors. We still receive demand letters from lawyers and phone calls 7ntil this day on 13 Novwmber 2023. We did sent Jo-anne and AkOeela many times to sort thid out but they fail to do this. This has been very unprofessional and bad service from Credit Matters. On 8 November 2023 Fadia told us that Standard Bank declined our debt proposal. Ons Friday 10 Nobember we receive a summons from Standard Bank. Ive mail Fadia twice for advice and want to find out why they did not tell us ealier that Standard bank declibed our debt proposol but she ignore me and do not reply.

Arochelle also block me on their whatsapp number for no reason at all. Customer service also tell ypu that they will pbone you back but they lie and dont treat clients well. PLease dont use Credit Matters as they dont care about their clients wellness and situation.

Lastly ive lock a complain about the bad unprofessional service at the NCR because how they have treated us was very very bad and still is.
