awaiting approval to withdraw

I joined 2013, with two accounts under my name, 2 years later my debt has increased sky high instead of decreased, I can never get hold of a consultant, every time my account is being handled by somebody different, I was contacted a while back by Nkosinathi requesting an afidavat from me to protect me from the creditors, I refused and said it is always required to submit more documentation, was that not a once off in the beginning and on that note I said actually want to withdraw from Credit matters because I don't see that its making my lif any easier, he then notified me that NCR now implemented something new whereby I have to go to court and prove I can manage to pay my own debt, this after it took him a while to figure out who I was after I've been speaking to him via telephone and email the whole week, after a long struggle trying to get hold of him. I honestly am not impressed, I sent through the letter of cancellation that he requested so now he says I must wait 5 days for not sure which department to call me back, so basically, it is out of his hands now. I just want out that is all, how I will pay my account is my business.
