Disgusting

I have been medically boarded by my employer. I have 2 accounts with ABSA. I submitted claims. LOAN ACCOUNT. was paid in full but they refuse to cancel the credit life policy. Have documents that says must be cancelled at branch. They cannot do that. Now i have been blacklisted and cannot access any credit. Credit Card. I have documents that show if you are permanently disabled the account will be settled up to a maximum of R300 000.They paid R100 000 now i have to pay the balance. I am bed ridden and they do anything to suck the blood of you. Is there anybody that can help. I do not want money. Just what i paid for. I am prepared to go to court if need be. Any advice or help would be appreciated. My wife spent hrs in Chatsworth branch but we need to phone every dept. that will not respond. Stay away. Dont get sucked into their tentacles.
