ITC Clearance removal from debt review

I have been in contact with Credit Legal Pro since Oct 2020 trying to have my name cleared from debt review. THe lady that I have been dealing with at that time was Dipsee Mapotoke, what horrible service ever. I woul follow up on my account every month whereby I would email her contact her and leave messages she would not return your call or emails.

When she eventually get back to me there is one story after the other that they were waiting for the 17.1 and I had to waith for 6 months before they could start my process because I cancel from debt review I cannot just go and have my name cleared according to her NCR must 1st check and she if I can manage to pay my accounts on my own of which I did.

Long story short my matter went to court in May 2022 and in Aug 2022 I received an email from Dipsee advise that the account was cleared. I asked her for a ITC clearance removal from debt from debt review, she informed me that they don't send me anything it will just be removed from my name. In July 2023 I tried to open an account and was immediately declined and was advise that I am under debt review. I called the office and the phone is just ringing and I have send Dipsee a Whatsapp on the 15 July and no response form her again.

They received their payment of R5000 plus and I have not received any ITC clearance and my name is still not removed.
